The goal of this program is to provide you with an introduction to the transformational goal setting process so you can start changing the way you live your life. The changes you will make as a result of this program will allow you to live from the core of who you are, integrating your values into meaningful goals that will keep you inspired as you move create the life you want.
This workbook is meant to be completed in conjunction with listening to the audio recording of the training program. As you listen to the audio recording and walk through the exercises, there are six main objectives of this audio and work-book training program:

2. Uncover your current goals,
3. Discover your unique values,
4. Develop your heart-centered values based goals,
5. Take consistent inspired action to live your values daily as you achieve your values based goals.
6. Understand the deeper reasons behind your goals to give you inspiration to stay committed.
