Unplugging is so important. This morning I sat in our sauna with some quiet music playing and just quieted myself. There is not a lot you can do in an enclosed sauna but be fully present. During that time, I just got very still and focused on centering myself in that "Spacious Place of God's Amazing Grace." He gave me a good idea for how to get this material into a usable form.
