		<description>Getting to the place where I realized that being the &quot;Lone Redhead&quot; had become a trap was key to my hiring a coach.  Learning about networking, and being willing to step into a place of trusting that others will be there to help, is one of the biggies in my life.  It&#039;s also become key in my journey toward the life I have in my heart.
